Yesterday in Seattle, I went on a whale watch in the Pacific Coast of the United States and spotted 3 whales, a family a corpuses, seals, seal lions and in the morning was fog and a sunset at the end of the day. This was a successful whale watching day!!!
If you are an early riser like me you might want to get up for a Sunrise shot.. I typically recommend you use the program mode and daylight white balance and under expose to minus -5 to keep the colors brighter. This will happen if you use f 11 or higher on your camera...
