Winter Weather Once Again

Last night into this morning , we had  winter storm yet again... We had 7 inches of snow... Schools were cancelled  and RDU  cancelled more than 100 flights today due to this snow. Some places got up to 10 inches of snow! Winter Wonderland!! It did not look like this yesterday all day!! 7 inches of snow today!!! Berries covered in snow!!!

Snow and Ice Storm of 2015

This past week we had a tremendous ice and snow storm that  schools around the triangle area  had to cancel for 4 days ... RDU shut Down its flights for days because of this snow and ice storm we had. We had 4 inches of snow and an inch of ice.. A few nights ago it went to minus 2 degrees at night... Its been a cold week for all of us, but were happy and healthy and ready for spring. Geese swimming in the ice cold pond!! Wonder if they are going to the polar plunge??? Icy Conditions! Icy weather does not stop us from anything!! Path by the Pond covered in Snow!! Icicle at the clubhouse!! Looks like Winter weather came already for us!!!   Geese enjoying the icy weather at the pond! Icy weather at Pond already!! Ice Skating Anyone??? The lifts are finally ready for use!!! Snowball Fight anyone??? We are ready for it!! Very Berry in the Snowy Weather!!

Eye of the storm

The weather for this sunrise shoot in Carolina Beach was cloudy. I was at the right place at the right time. It continued to be overcast during the sunrise shot. It was very cool to see this in person and take photos of it.

Al's 1st Cruise

I recently went on my very first cruise ever out of Miami Florida. We departed on the Norwegian Epic. The sunset was so beautiful when we departed out of Miami Florida.  The first night we saw the Cirque Dreams and Dinner. The Cirque Dreams was great and the dinner was delicious , surf and turf ! The second  and third day at sea , we had Zumba fitness and many activities to keep us occupied and busy on the Norwegian Epic. Then we began our adventure into Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Jamaica  is very poor and their school days are divided by shifts. We went to the most  famous waterfall, Dunn's River  Water falls, which is the most famous in Jamaica. We then explored the rainforest and botanical gardens. The next day we headed to the Grand Caymans. The Grand Caymans are known most for the scuba/ snorkeling under the Carribbean Sea. I was able to get really cool underwater photos of the sea animals I saw. The last place we stopped  was
